Cancellation policy

• Notification of Cancellation: All cancellations must be made by contacting Daphne Caumartin at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. You can notify us of a cancellation by email. 
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session price unless it is within 24 hours in which case the full fee will be due.
• No-show Policy : Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notification of their appointment will be charged the full session price.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, the same terms apply as cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, but we cannot guarantee availability.
• Refunds: Payments for sessions are non-refundable.
• Unexpected Circumstances: If Daphne Caumartin needs to cancel a session due to unexpected circumstances, clients will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Valid Reasons for Waiver: In some cases, the cancellation fee may be waived due to emergencies, severe illness, or other valid reasons as deemed acceptable by Daphne Caumartin. Documentation may be required.
• Repeated Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule sessions may be asked to pre-pay for future sessions or may be subject to termination of services at the discretion of Daphne Caumartin.
• Acknowledgment: By booking a session with Daphne Caumartin clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
